Made Customer Waiting List & Producer Cancellation List More Dynamic

The Customer Waiting List and Producer Cancellation List have been changed to show all available animals in a drop-down menu instead of having only a few hardcoded animals in tabs. As you add animals, they will now automatically show up on these two pages.
