Privacy Policy Added

To remain in compliance with Twilio’s campaign requirements, a privacy policy must be accessible to all customers so that they know their data is protected. Adding this is a requirement and will ensure there is no disruption to SMS messages. It has been added to the footer of each locker's questionnaire form.
The line “No personal data is shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.” is a specific requirement for Twilio so be sure that you don’t actually share any of your client’s data.
The "Do you allow texting?" question on each locker's form has also been changed to "I agree to receive messages/notifications sent to my cell phone number." per a recommendation from Twilio.
