Changes to the Setup Cuts Popup

A request was made to add a “copy” feature so that if Joe wants his order cut the same as Bob, you don’t have to manually move over all the information. You can now just search for another customer and then select the order to copy.
The screen was also reorganized a bit so that you no longer have to change the radio button from new to duplicate to replace. It’s all laid out on one screen, and you just use the section that you need.
A notation of SCD or DLM has also been added so you know if an order is just created in the system or if it’s already connected to a calendar date.
